Summary
CentraCare is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team working with our Feeding and Eating Team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be a member of our collaborative team of Physicians, Providers, Registered Dietitians, psychologists, pharmacists and Nurses working to provide patient and family-centered care throughout the practice.
Schedule
Part-Time, 0.25 FTE
Monday- Friday, 7:30am- 4:00pm
No weekends, nights, or Holidays
Pay and Benefits
Salary range: $122,888.06 - $166,890.60 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications
Required:
Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
Eligibility for Minnesota licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider card
Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number prior to receiving clinical privileges
Must be licensed and willing to see patients of all ages
Preferred:
A minimum of 2 years of experience working independently with your own patient panel in one of the following areas:
Family Practice
Eating disorders
Pediatrics
Department Information
Progressive and comprehensive Eating Disorders department that provides out-patient care.
Focus on treating, helping, and impacting the whole person
Multidisciplinary approach to feeding and eating disorders designed to meet a person's specific needs and achieve the best long-term outcomes.
Collaborative team of physicians, advanced practice providers, occupational therapy, dietitians, and behavioral health.
