A fast-growing long-term care organization is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join its team at a nursing home in Lakewood,NJ.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-scope primary care to residents
  • Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in MO
  • DEA license
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Nursing home experience strongly preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $140k–$150k annually
  • Full benefits package
