Job Title: Fertility Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join the growing team of an IVF and reproductive medicine clinic in California.

This position may be filled by a qualified professional from either background. The ideal candidate will have experience in reproductive endocrinology, women's health and a strong desire to provide personalised, compassionate care to patients throughout their fertility journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations and follow-up appointments
• Collaborate with physicians and the wider clinical team to develop individualised treatment plans
• Provide clear patient education and emotional support
• Maintain accurate electronic health records
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory requirements
• Support the smooth daily operation of the clinic

Qualifications:

• Qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current California licence, or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience in reproductive endocrinology, women's health, or OB/GYN preferred
• Strong communication, organisational, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate and patient-centred approach
