IU Health Medical Group is hiring! We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Orthopedic Trauma team at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN! 

Position Details:

  • PRN
  • Day Shift 
    • Shifts available based coverage needs.
    • Minimum of 8 hours every 6 weeks
  • No call
  • 80% Inpatient and 20% Outpatient
  • Team includes 8 physicians and 16 advanced practice providers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orthopedic Trauma consults
  • Inpatient Rounding

Procedures:

  • Fracture/dislocation reductions
  • Application of splints
  • First Assist in the OR
  • Joint Injections
  • Joint Aspirations
  • Wound Vac application and changes
  • Traction Application

Qualifications:

  • ACNP, AGNP, FNP or PA certification required
  • At least 1 year of APP experience required
  • APP experience in orthopedics preferred
