Mercy Clinic Primary Care at 1001 S. Kirkwood Road is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our highly respected and patient-focused team in a Same-Day Access Provider role.

This is a unique opportunity for an Advanced Practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys caring for patients when they need it most. As our Same-Day Access Provider, you'll treat acute and walk-in patients, helping to improve access to care, reduce unnecessary emergency department visits and hospital admissions, and ensure patients receive timely, high-quality treatment close to home.

At least one year of previous Advanced Practitioner experience is required for this role, preferably in Family Medicine or Urgent Care setting.

This Opportunity Offers:

  • Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

What We're Looking For:

  • Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Previous Primary Care or Urgent Care experience required
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage a high-volume patient flow while maintaining exceptional patient care
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for providing convenient access to care and improving patient outcomes
