for a long term temporary position, located in a state-of-the-art correctional clinic treating adult patients in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Every Monday from 7am-1pm (pay is $73.00/hr.) with an occasional opportunity to pick up on call evenings and overnights Monday through Thursday. Pay for this is $125.00 for half days and $300.00 for full days but this is not required for the position.
Physician Assistant or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner with public health, urgent care, corrections, or family practice experience will qualify for this temporary position. Patient care including but not limited to assessments, diagnosis, treatment (including medications), referrals, prescription review, care plan development and evaluation, including documentation in medical records
- PA, NP, FNP, ANP will consult with other health professionals such as Correctional Health Staff, Psychiatric provider, mental health staff, hospitals, specialty care, physical therapist and dental.
- PA, NP, FNP, ANP will provide chronic disease management and urgent care needs to patients that are in the criminal sentencing process
- Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner will join a dedicated, experienced team
- PA, NP, FNP, ANP will work in a secure facility
- PA, NP, FNP, ANP will provide chronic disease management and urgent care needs to patients

Job Requirements:- Clear MN state licensure
- Ability to work autonomously
- DEA license
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
