Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Virtual Gastroenterology (Mountain View, CA)

Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group (PAFMG) is seeking a virtual full time, certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Gastroenterology.

Location: This is a fully virtual position with the office based out of Mountain View, CA

Position Details:                                                                                                               

• Fully virtual Gastroenterology position

• At least 1 year or more of Gastroenterology or related experience
• Must reside in one of the following approved states: California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, or Florida
• Current California State NP or PA License
• CAPA Controlled Substance Certification (for Physician Assistants only)
• Current Nurse Practitioner Furnishing Number (for Nurse Practitioners only)
• Nurse Practitioner furnishing number of NP’s
• Active DEA registration
