Are you passionate about women's health and looking for a supportive, collaborative environment where you can grow your skills? Capital Region Women's Care is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and help us provide exceptional, patient-centered gynecologic care.
Community Care Physicians is a physician-led, patient-focused organization dedicated to delivering high-quality, innovative care across the Capital Region for over 35 years. As part of our commitment to women's health, we are seeking a NP/PA to join our collaborative team at Capital Region Women's Care.
What You'll Do:
- See patients for routine gynecological care and annual wellness visits.
- Provide problem-focused care for both acute and chronic women's health concerns.
- Perform, or be trained to perform, IUD and Nexplanon insertions.
- Participate in a wide range of in-office procedures (biopsies, colposcopies, LEEPs, ablations, D&C).
- Support our physicians by focusing on pre- and post-operative patient visits.
- Review and discuss test results (labs, cultures, imaging, pathology) with patients.
- Minimal call coverage - always with an MD available for backup.

Compensation: Starting at $125,000 annually.
CCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth. Individual compensation is based on several factors unique to each candidate, such as work experience, qualifications, and skills. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay.
