Position Summary

The organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner with experience or interest in Ozone Therapy and Functional Medicine to join its clinical team on a part-time basis in the Rye Brook area.

This role offers the opportunity to provide advanced integrative treatments while developing individualized wellness plans for patients seeking comprehensive, root-cause-focused healthcare. The provider will work alongside a collaborative team committed to innovative treatment approaches and high-touch patient care.

Essential Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and wellness assessments
• Provide ozone therapy treatments and functional medicine–based care
• Develop personalized treatment plans addressing root causes of illness
• Educate patients on nutrition, lifestyle, and long-term wellness strategies
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Licensure: Active and unrestricted New York Nurse Practitioner license

Experience: Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, wellness medicine, or ozone therapy preferred
