About the opportunity:

• Primary care - ages 55 and up
• Wellness physicals
• Manage acute and chronic conditions - no pain management
• Seeing only 10 - 12 patients per day

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm 
• No after hours or weekends
