Company is a rapidly growing national men's health franchise specializing in testosterone optimization, medical weight management, peptide therapy, PRP regenerative treatments, erectile dysfunction therapy, and wellness medicine. The Pleasanton clinic is seeking an experienced NP or PA to serve as Clinic Director leading patient care in a modern, concierge-style practice with no insurance billing and a focus on delivering exceptional patient experiences.

CLINICAL & LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Care

• Conduct patient consultations focused on men's health optimization
• Review laboratory results and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans
• Manage testosterone therapy protocols
• Oversee erectile dysfunction and regenerative therapy programs
• Perform injections and PRP procedures when appropriate
• Support patient education and shared treatment decision-making

Clinic Leadership

• Oversee medical staff and support day-to-day clinic workflow
• Maintain high standards of patient experience and care quality
• Collaborate with the Medical Director on clinical protocols and best practices

TREATMENT PROGRAMS

The NP/PA will work with the following modern men's health and wellness therapies:

• Testosterone optimization therapy
• Erectile dysfunction treatment programs
• Shockwave therapy (GAINSWave®)
• PRP regenerative procedures
• GLP-1 medical weight management
• Peptide therapy
• Vitamin and wellness injection programs

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in California in good standing
• DEA license or ability to obtain
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred
• Experience in medical aesthetics, med spa medicine, or hormone therapy clinics
• Background in TRT, functional medicine, concierge medicine, or wellness/longevity medicine
• Experience with weight optimization or GLP-1 programs a strong plus

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Hourly Rate	$90.00 – $100.00 per hour
Bonus	Performance-based bonus opportunities

Schedule	Monday, Tuesday, Thursday — part-time weekday clinical schedule
