    Job Description

    Practice address: 908 Memorial Ct Suite 302 Elizabethtown, KY 42701

    • Full time 8-hour days, 4 days per week. 4-hour day one day per week with 4 hours admin-
    • Outpatient only, potential for clinic call if needed
    • Average of 18-20 patients a day expected

    An ideal candidate will have strong assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills. Additional training in breast health, risk assessment and genetic counseling may be beneficial. APRN with experience is preferred.
