Summary
Provide quality and cost-effective primary care services to patient populations, meeting their diverse health and social needs, under the supervision of a physician. The Chautauqua Center (TCC) expects all employees to respond and participate in emergency situations per emergency policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Licensed to work in the state of New York
- Board Certification
- CPR certified
- Knowledge of current principles, methods, and procedures for the delivery of medical evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment in the area of expertise
- Minimum 1 year experience in a primary care clinic
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Bilingual Spanish/English strongly preferred
- Sensitivity in the provision of services to people of various ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic, education, and lifestyle backgrounds
- Computer literate in a Windows-based environment
- A valid State Drivers license with clean records and access to an insured automobile

The Chautauqua Center (TCC), a Community Health Center, is located on the border of Pennsylvania and Buffalo, NY, centered in wine country, master breweries, more than 5 local lakes, and home of Lucille Ball and the National Comedy Center. Our behavioral health offices are located in Dunkirk and Jamestown, NY.
