    Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant - Endocrinology - Fulltime

    Luminis Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established Endocrinology/Diabetes practice. This position involves managing complex endocrine patients, with the ability to perform Fine Needle Aspirations (FNA) considered a plus. The Nurse Practitioner will work in collaboration with a contracted physician to provide high-quality, patient-centered care, in compliance with state and federal regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    * Manage and treat patients with complex endocrine conditions.

    * Provide education and counseling tailored to each patient's medical needs.

    * Conduct same-day and acute care visits as required.

    * Communicate treatment plans and progress with patients, families, and care teams.

    * Refer patients to appropriate specialists or healthcare providers when necessary.

    * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with policies and regulations.

    * Perform duties in compliance with the State of Maryland BPQA, AMA, HCFA, and AAHS policies.

    * Stay current with licensure, certifications, and continuing medical education requirements.

    Qualifications:

    * Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

    * Minimum of two (2) years of related clinical nursing experience.

    * Experience in Endocrinology preferred; FNA skills a plus.

    Licenses & Certifications:

    * Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner.

    * Active Maryland Nurse Practitioner license in good standing.
