Job Description
Job Title: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant (General Application)
Location: Castleton, VT
Job Description:
- Provide primary healthcare services and medical care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician
- Conduct physical exams and patient assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and other treatments
- Provide patient education and counseling on health issues
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Vermont or willing to obtain
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
