What You'll Do

• Lead wellness and aesthetics consultations — reviewing patient history, goals, medications, and labs to build individualized treatment plans

• Manage hormone optimization (HRT/BHRT/TRT), medical weight loss, GLP-1, peptide, and follow-up care within your scope

• Deliver and grow into aesthetic injectable services (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRF/PRP) based on your training and patient demand

• Build long-term, trust-based patient relationships through education and personalized follow-up

• Partner with the Medical Director and clinical team to shape a high-quality, expanding aesthetics and wellness program

• Help create the elevated, five-star patient experience 11 North is known for

What You Bring

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an NP, PA, MD, or DO

• At least one year of post-licensure clinical experience

• DEA registration (or ability to obtain one before start)

• Experience or genuine interest in aesthetics — Botox, fillers, medspa, wellness, hormone therapy, medical weight loss, GLP-1s, peptides, functional medicine, dermatology, plastic surgery, primary care, urgent care, or women's/men's health

• Confidence reviewing labs, educating patients, prescribing within scope, and owning the full patient relationship

• A polished, people-first presence — patients should feel both cared for and confident in your expertise

Injectable experience is a strong plus, but not a dealbreaker — we're just as excited about a clinically excellent provider ready to build an aesthetics specialty from a strong foundation.
