Growing medical group is looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant an outpatient setting in the Naugatuck, Connecticut area! About the Group:- Acute care not-for-profit community hospital serving more than 130,000 residents of the Lower Naugatuck Valley Region

Benefits:- Competitive salary, $120,000 - $146,000 / year, with profitability and productivity incentives

Your Role with the Company:- Full-time position, 4 or 5 day work week available, 1:8 call
- Join a collaborative team providing primary care in an outpatient setting
- APP will examine, obtain medical histories and treat acute and chronic illnesses
Background Profile:- Nurse Practitioner, NP or Physician Assistant, PA
- Active CT license
