• This position involves providing primary care to residents in a healthcare setting. 
• The role is full-time and based in North Bergen, NJ, with evening shifts. 
• Key requirements include board certification and clinical skills, with training offered. 
• Experience in a hospital setting is considered.

Requirements:
• NP or PA license in (insert whatever state it is in)
• Board Certification
• Ideally 1 Year of experience in an SNF setting, open to transferrable experience including new grads

Qualifications
• Experience in a hospital setting is considered
• Extensive training will be offered
