Locations: Rockville, Gaithersburg, or Columbia, MD
Compensation: $125,000–$145,000 DOE + signing bonus + productivity bonus

This is a physician-led outpatient primary care role with support and guidance from 3 physicians, modern documentation tools, and a strong focus on work-life balance.

Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible NP or PA-C in Maryland
- Primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or urgent care experience preferred
