    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree from an accredited school/college of nursing OR master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
    • Current license as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia.
    • Minimum of two (3) years of NP experience.
    • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.

    Responsibilities:

    As a valued member of the team, you will:

    • Monitor patients and order tests and procedures in the outpatient setting.
    • Manage a wide range of health problems through your clinical expertise.
    • Ensure positive health outcomes for your assigned patient population.
    • Perform thorough health assessments and physical examinations.
    • Provide direct clinical care, including prescription and ordering of medications and therapies.
    • Evaluate patients' need for further healthcare and coordinate referrals when necessary.
    • Document care and education provided in medical records.
    • Integrate research-based knowledge into your decision-making.
    • Advocate for patients, their families, coworkers, and the community.
    • Maintain your licensure and certifications through ongoing continuing education.
    • Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
    • Participate actively in quality improvement and research initiatives.
    • Implement comprehensive teaching strategies for patients and their families.
    • Develop and contribute to continuing education programs for staff.

    Salary: 110,000

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: Starting from $110,000.00 - 140,000 per year with bonus potential
