Required Skills:
- Valid and current Nurse Practitioner license with Psychiatric specialization
- Proven experience in psychiatric or mental health settings
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of current psychiatric treatment protocols and medication management
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
- Additional certifications such as Adult / Geriatric Psychiatry or Addictions
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) with specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in psychiatric healthcare
Other Requirements:
- Ability to obtain and maintain relevant state licensure and certifications
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional travel or on-call duties as needed
