As a provider with Alteas Health, you will deliver pulmonary-focused care within senior care facilities, managing a consistent patient volume while maintaining quality and efficiency.
This role is ideal for a provider who is comfortable working in a structured, high-productivity environment and takes pride in staying organized, decisive, and clinically sharp throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and manage acute, chronic, and episodic conditions
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic testing, including spirometry
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate interventions
- Educate patients and facility staff on treatment plans and disease management
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation
- Complete and oversee the patient consent process

What We’re Looking For
Minimum Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted NP in applicable state
- Reliable, insured transportation
- Minimum of 6 months of provider experience
Preferred Experience:
- 2+ years in a nursing home or post-acute setting
- Pulmonary experience
- 2+ years of provider experience
