Currently we are searching for a Nurse Practitioner for a contract opportunity available with an exceptional occupational / primary care healthcare organization located in Reno, NV.




·      22 Weeks

·      Start Date: 07-06

·      Pay rate range: $80 - $85 an hour

·      Schedule: Tuesday through Thursday 7 AM – 5 PM and Friday 8 AM – 4 PM

·      Benefits: Weekly Pay, Holiday Pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

 

Job Description:

·      Overview – This position is based in a primary care / occupational health clinic focused on providing primary care, workman’ comp related care as well as providing annual physicals.

·      Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

·      Assesses needs of patients as assigned based on data collected through history, observation, physical examination and analysis of diagnostic data.

·      Plans individualized care to meet the holistic age specific needs of patients.

·      Fosters an environment that demonstrates caring, compassion, and respect for all patients, families and visitors.

·      Utilizes appropriate health and safety equipment to protect both patient and staff.

 

We are currently speaking with candidates who have:

·      Must have at least 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience. 

·      Must have some occupational health experience specific to workman’s comp.

·      Active BLS certification.

·      Must have RN and NP license in NV.

·      DEA certification required.
