Nurse Practitioner

Monday to Friday 8:00Am to 4:30PM 
.30 minute Unpaid Lunch Break
Some  Holiday work
No Overtime or travel required

Job duties:
A Nurse Practitioner will assess patient needs, order and interpret diagnostic and laboratory tests, diagnose disease, formulate and prescribe treatment plans. by means of interview, health history, physical examination and/or diagnostic testing in collaboration with a licensed physician or physicians In accordance with a written practice agreement and written practice protocols that include specialty areas and are agreed upon in advance by you and the physician of record, your work may include the diagnosis of illness and physical conditions and the performance of therapeutic and corrective measures. Performing other duties deemed necessary for patient care is also assumed and required.

Provide after-hours and weekend telephone consultation for urgent health situations.

Qualifications:
Current Licensure as a Family Health Nurse Practitioner in NewYork State.
Must maintain a valid New York State license and registration.
Candidate MUST have completed 3,500 hours of collaboration. Please document on your cv how you have met the required 3,500 hours in order to qualify for this position.

Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
