    Are you a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner looking for a role where you can truly make an impact? We’re seeking a dedicated NP to join our collaborative healthcare team and provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
    In this role, you’ll practice at the top of your license, working alongside physicians and clinical staff who value your clinical judgment, expertise, and voice. You’ll care for a non-emergency patient population and have the opportunity to build meaningful, long-term relationships with the patients and families you serve.
    What You’ll Do
    • Provide comprehensive primary and specialty care, including patient evaluations, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up care.
    • Deliver individualized, competent care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
    • Educate patients and families to empower them in managing their health.
    • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated care.
    • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record.
    • Communicate effectively with patients to ensure continuity of care.
    • Respond to urgent and emergency situations using established protocols.
    • Participate in an on-call rotation with physician support.
    • Stay current in your practice through continuing education and professional development.

    Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Nursing required.
    • Current Texas RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification.
    • Current BLS and CPR certifications.
    • Knowledge of insurance protocols and clinical documentation standards.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
