Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans including ketamine therapy.

• Administer IV ketamine infusions and monitor patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to health care regulations.

• Administer ketamine infusions and monitor patient outcomes.

• Provide exceptional patient care and resolve patient concerns in a timely manner. 

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing
• Certification as Nurse Practitioner

• BLS and ACLS certification
