Perfect for work-life balance and avoiding burnout. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM* Thursday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM* *The clinic is closed one hour for lunch. Elite Providers are responsible to: Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic testsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditionsWork independently, contacting offsite collaborating physician as neededregarding patient care.Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 4 patients daily).Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
