Nurse Practitioner – Urology

Location: Brattleboro, VT
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Compensation

• $115,000 – $135,000 annually

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends or holidays
• Rotating on-call schedule

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join a busy outpatient Urology practice. In this role, you will work collaboratively with a Urology surgeon to evaluate, diagnose, treat, and provide ongoing care for patients with a variety of urologic conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
• Assist with office-based urologic procedures and surgical care.
• Provide post-operative care and patient education.
• Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to infection control and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program.
• Active Vermont APRN License.
• Minimum 2 years of Urology nursing experience.
• Current DEA License.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR Certification.
• Eligible for credentialing by the medical staff.
• ANCC certification preferred.
