End Date/Duration: Long-term coverage (full-time)
Shift: Inpatient and Outpatient, 8 AM – 5 PM (or 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM), plus call responsibilities
Hours/Week: 40 hours with guaranteed 8-hour days
Employment Type: Contract/Locum
Licenses/Certifications: Active WA license, DEA, BC, outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience required
Experience: Prior urology outpatient and surgical assisting experience preferred
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00/hr

What You’ll Do
Assist in both inpatient and outpatient urology clinics and procedures
Participate in surgical first assisting at least once weekly
Provide coverage during clinic hours and be on call for overnight and weekend shifts
Support patient care through pre- and post-operative assistance
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality urology services
Document clinical activities accurately within electronic health records
What You Need
Valid Washington state license and DEA registration
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology-related specialty
Outpatient urology and surgical first assisting experience
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
