Description:
• Join our healthcare team as a Family Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive primary care services in Westfield, WI.
• This full-time, onsite position involves a 36-hour work week with a focus on promoting health, preventing illness, and managing acute and chronic health issues.
• Candidates should have experience in a clinical setting and be adept in using electronic medical records.

Requirements:
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Wisconsin.
• Nationally Certified as a Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner.
• Minimum of one-year clinical experience in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department setting.
• Current Certification in Basic Life Support for medical providers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize needs and plan work accordingly.
• Appropriate certification to write prescriptions under the authority of the Medical Leader.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree (MSN) required.
• Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and available patient resources.
• Proficient in conducting physical exams and health-risk assessments.
• Ability to develop personalized treatment plans.
