• Family Nurse Practitioner
• Diverse patient mix: Peds (29%), Adult (50%), Geriatric (21%)
• M–F schedule (8a–6p); no weekends
• Light call (phone only; shared rotation)
• Reports to Medical Director
• Dedicated 1:1 MA support

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

• $160K salary + $10K Sign on
• Up to $10K relocation
• NHSC/HRSA loan repayment ($50K+)
• Retention + annual bonus potential
