We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide high-quality, personalized care across women’s wellness, hormone therapy, medical weight management, and aesthetic and wellness services.
Role Description:
This is an on-site Nurse Practitioner position located in Houston. The NP will work closely with our physician and clinical team in a high-touch outpatient setting. The role will focus on women’s health and wellness, including menopause consultations, hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, aesthetic injectable services, and IV therapy.
The ideal candidate has experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, and weight management, with an interest or experience in aesthetics and wellness services. We are looking for someone with strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, warm bedside manner, and a genuine passion for personalized patient care.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing women’s wellness and menopause consultations and individualized treatment plans.
- Managing hormone replacement therapy and ongoing hormone-related care.
- Providing medical weight management consultations, treatment, and follow-up.
- Performing aesthetic consultations and injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
- Providing and/or assisting with IV wellness therapy.
- Educating patients on hormone health, weight management, wellness, and lifestyle.
- Prescribing medications and managing ongoing patient care.
- Maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Collaborating with the physician and clinical team to provide safe, personalized care.
- Building long-term relationships with patients through attentive and compassionate care.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Texas.
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent graduate degree from an accredited NP program.
- Experience in women’s health, hormone therapy, or medical weight management preferred.
- Menopause and perimenopause experience strongly preferred.
- Aesthetic injectable experience required.
- Experience with IV therapy or wellness services is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient care skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the physician and clinical team.
