Nurse Practitioners

Job description:

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our specialty clinic focused on hormone optimization, medical weight management, wellness and performance. This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who enjoys building meaningful patient relationships and providing individualized treatment in an outpatient setting. The main focus will be independently evaluating patients, develop treatment plans, order labs, prescribe within our scope, and manage follow ups. Position at a small independently owned clinic where the NP is the sole provider, working along side several Medical Assistants/phlebotomists.

Experience in Hormone Therapy or Medical Weight Management is a plus, but not required - we provide training and support.

Must have an active Iowa Nurse Practitioner License, CSA Iowa Board of Pharmacy registration and DEA license. If you do not have the CSA and DEA license, it must be applied and received before you can begin employment. We will pay for the DEA License if needed.

Starting wage - $55-$60/hour

28-32 hrs per week - substantial part time

$1500 hiring incentive after 90 days of employment after training.

1 week paid vacation after 90 days of employment after training.

Paid training and all Guidelines/protocols provided

Scheduled hours - no Friday hours, no evenings, no weekends or major holidays. No on call responsibilities
