Position Overview
We are seeking a PRN Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. This on-site role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality, person-centered care while supporting residents’ health, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in a senior living setting
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor and document vital signs and overall health status
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care
Assist residents with daily living activities as needed
Maintain accurate records using electronic health systems
Respond promptly to changes in resident condition

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN license in the state of Wisconsin
CPR certification (required)
Experience in senior care, long-term care, or assisted living preferred
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) is a plus
