Nurse Recruiter

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a Nurse Recruiter.

Position type: Full Time - Contract role
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Dallas, TX

As a Nurse Recruiter, you will:

• Provides exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience throughout the full lifecycle of recruiting.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and develop effective, on-going sourcing strategies to meet the talent demands
• Sources, screens and recommends applicants Based on Hiring Manager’s target profile, may be accountable to develop and maintain a network of contacts by leveraging online recruiting resources and through an applicant tracking system.
• Influence and educate hiring managers on the importance of diversity in the recruitment process.
• Calculate and negotiate offer in consultation with the hiring manager and HR.
• Consult on the competitive landscape for talent.
• Manage candidate and hiring manager communications with a sense of urgency.
• Build talent communities through various social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram).

The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• 1 year experience recruiting RNs.
• 3 years experience in similar background.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in recruiting for Radiology (or Allied Health) roles.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*:Between $35.00 - $42.00 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
