AS THE NURSE RECRUITER, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment which entails sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding nursing candidates for Penn Highlands Healthcare.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors degree required; preferably in Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources or Business field related.
Two years previous Marketing, Human Resources or Recruitment experience preferred
Two years previous experience in a Healthcare capacity in an acute care setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and written required
Ability to to organize and prioritize duties required
