Matter of Care Home Health Services is looking for compassionate new graduate Registered Nurses to join our structured Nurse Residency Program serving The Bronx.

Training and participant care will be based inThe Bronx.

What You'll Do

• Conduct supervised home visits.
• Perform nursing assessments, wound care, medication management, and participant education.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Participate in ongoing clinical education and mentorship.

Who We're Looking For

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• New York RN License or eligibility for licensure.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel throughout The Bronx.

Program Details

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Training Location: The Bronx
• Participant Service Area: The Bronx

Service Time
0-3 Months: $48.08/hr | $100,000.00
4-6 months: $53.37/hr | $111,000.00
Post-Completion: $57-$60/hr | $118,560.00 - $124,800.00
