We’re hiring a compassionate RN to join our established Intensive Outpatient Program, serving older adults in the Dillon, MT community since 2023.
Position: Program Director (This position will have 2 direct reports.)
Location: Dillon, MT (Note: This is an established program that first opened up in 2023 - locally, we're partnered with the hospital.)
Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program
Salary: Up to $86,500 / year
Population: Older adults, ages 65+
Schedule: Full Time (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm) (Note: NO CALL / NO WEEKENDS!)
You’ll work alongside a collaborative care team providing compassionate mental health support to older adults.
Responsibilities:
Lead a small disciplinary team comprised of a psychiatric physician, therapist, and medical office coordinator providing services to the senior population.
Engage with your local community through education (presentations, one-on-one meetings, etc.)
Referral development through hospital staff, providers, and community resources
Growing and maintaining patient census
Ensure compliance through professional and ethical guidelines
Other duties as assigned

About us:
Senior Life Solutions, an intensive outpatient therapy program designed to meet the unique needs of individuals, typically 65 and older, experiencing depression and/or anxiety related to life changes often associated with aging.
Requirements
Registered Nurse in the state of practice required
Graduation from a state-approved school of nursing required
Psychiatric Nursing experience preferred
