We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Healthcare team on 1st shift. These positions provide nursing support in our Assisted Living and Rehab areas, with a strong focus on clinical excellence and resident-centered care. Position Details Full-Time Position: Part-Time Position: Position Summary In this role, you will provide nursing oversight and support to residents while promoting their health, safety, and well-being. You will monitor changes in condition, administer medications and treatments, communicate with interdisciplinary team members, and help ensure exceptional resident care. Key Responsibilities Provide nursing care and oversight to residents. Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Monitor residents for changes in condition and respond appropriately. Document care accurately and timely. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members. Respond to resident needs, incidents, and emergencies. Collaborate with CNAs and other care staff to ensure quality outcomes. Support infection control and safety standards. Qualifications Current North Carolina RN or LPN license required. CPR/BLS certification required. Previous experience in assisted living, rehab, skilled nursing, or long-term care is preferred. Candidates should possess strong assessment and critical thinking skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and a passion for working with older adults.
