Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor resident conditions and report any changes promptly
Supervise and support CNA staff during the shift
Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members
Current, unencumbered RN or LVN license in Texas
Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience preferred
Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
Dependable with the ability to work assigned shifts
