We're looking for a Nurse Supervisor - Sobering to lead a team delivering immediate, compassionate care to individuals experiencing acute intoxication-while helping shape the future of sobering services in our community.
What We Offer
About the Role
As the Sobering Nurse Supervisor, you'll combine clinical expertise with leadership-guiding a team of nurses while ensuring safe, effective care for individuals experiencing acute intoxication.
You'll partner closely with the BRC Nurse Manager and Medical Director to ensure quality, compliance, and strong patient outcomes-while helping your team grow in skill, confidence, and clinical judgment.
This is a hands-on leadership role where your ability to respond quickly, lead clearly, and think clinically makes a real difference every shift.

Strong clinical judgment and commitment to patient safety
Experience or familiarity with behavioral health approaches such as:
Motivational Interviewing
Trauma-Informed Care
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles
Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments
Strong communication skills and ability to lead through complex situations
