Nurse Supervisor - Ellenville, NY (Onsite) - Full Time - Mon-Fri 08:00am-04:00pm or 09:00am-05:00pm - $105,000-$107,000 Per Year

Description:
• This position involves supervising nursing staff in a healthcare setting located in Ellenville, NY.
• The role is full-time with day shifts from Monday to Friday. Key responsibilities include staff management, training, and ensuring quality care standards.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology and regulatory compliance is essential.
Requirements:
• Develop and manage nursing and medical support staff schedules.
• Supervise and ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Conduct orientation and provide in-service training as needed.
• Manage large inventory of controlled substances accurately.
• Ensure proper safekeeping and dispensing of controlled narcotics.
• Provide direct nursing care, including comprehensive assessments and medication administration.
• Communicate daily with clinical staff to identify client needs.
Qualifications:
• Current NYS RN licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• At least 3 years of nursing supervisory experience, including 1 year in a hospital or behavioral healthcare setting.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy and EKG.
• Strong time management, writing, and communication skills.
• Experience working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
