Responsibilities Three Trails Behavioral Hospital in the area of Independence, MO is actively hiring an experienced and compassionate Nurse Supervisor (RN). This position is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, promoting exceptional patient care, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with all standards. The name Three Trails was selected to honor the historical significance of the city of Independence as the starting point for the Santa Fe, Oregon and California Trails. The logo icon is a compass, which is symbolic of wayfinding, and metaphorically the personal journey to recovery. The Groundbreaking for the new hospital was held in January 2025. Beam topping was held in July 2025. The facility is expected to open in the second half of 2026. The Registered Nurse Manager (RN) will: Provide leadership and clinical oversight for all nursing staff during the assigned shift Ensure safe, therapeutic, and compliant patient care aligned with hospital policies and regulatory standards Serve as the on-site administrative representative during non typical hours Support staff with clinical decision-making, patient assessments, and crisis intervention Coordinate admissions, discharges, and patient flow as needed Three Trails Behavioral Hospital will: Serve children and adolescents, adults and seniors with innovative and evidence-based inpatient behavioral healthcare focused on individual needs and comfort.
