An outpatient behavioral health and treatment services organization is seeking a Nurse Supervisor (RN) in New York, NY. This role oversees nursing services within a specialized residential program and supports coordinated, client-centered care for mothers and children in a medically supervised environment.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise nursing and medical support staff to support quality, timely client care
- Coordinate daily nursing workflows, staffing assignments, and on-call coverage
- Provide direct nursing care, including admissions assessments, medication administration, and specimen collection
- Deliver orientation, in-service training, and competency evaluations for nursing staff
- Monitor documentation, regulatory reporting, controlled substance inventory, and compliance with agency procedures
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of Nursing Supervisory experience, including 3 years in Hospital, Substance Use, or other Behavioral Healthcare Supervisory Nursing experience
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- BLS certification
- Proficiency in phlebotomy and EKG
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing substance use treatment programs
- Experience working with diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic populations
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and EHR systems
Desired Skills:
- Experience in Substance Use, Drug Treatment, and Pediatrics
- Familiarity with Medication Administration training, CLIA-waived testing, and regulatory documentation
- Experience managing controlled substances and narcotic records
- Exposure to Behavioral Health residential or Women's clinic settings
