Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients.
• communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Monitor and patient vitals as required
• Suction via trach per the patient's plan of care.
• Tube feed and medication administration
• Cough assist, trach care, personal care, bathing, and incontinence care checks as needed.
• Turn and reposition as needed.
• Provide advice and emotional support to patients and their family members
• Ventilation Maintenance, and pulse ox reading as recommended
• wound care and debridement
• IV medication administration
• Complete necessary documentation at the end of their shift.

Qualifications:

• One year experience with home healthcare
• RN or LPN from an accredited school
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of home environments
• Knowledge of critical thinking skills
