Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a Nurse Supervisor to join our team! 

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior
• Communicate with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care
• Take patient vital signs as required
• suction via trach per the patient's plan of care.
• Tube feed administration, medication administration.
• Cough assist, trach care, personal care, bathing, incontinence care as needed, turn and repositioning 
• Ventilator Maintenance, and pulse ox readings as recommended.
• Wound Care, wound debridement.
• IV medication administration.
• Complete necessary documentation at the end of their shift. 

Qualifications:

• One year of experience with home health and clinical knowledge
• RN or LPN from an accredited school
• Ability to act swiftly in an emergency situation.
• Flexibility and patience to work in a variety of living environments.
• Knowledge of clinical skills, including changing wound dressing, giving tube feed, setting up and monitoring IVs
• Initiatives they can make independent decisions when required and accept directions and requests from patients
