Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to administer a variety of immunizations in a retail clinic setting. This position plays an important role in protecting the community by providing safe, efficient, and patient-focused vaccination services.
Vaccines administered include:
Influenza (Flu)
COVID-19
MMR
etc
Schedule
Part-Time (Seasonal)
Flexibility required
Expected to work approximately 20 hours per week
Must be available 25–30 hours per week
Shifts scheduled any day of the week between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Administer vaccines safely following established clinical protocols
- Assess patients prior to immunization
- Monitor patients for adverse reactions after vaccination
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation
- Educate patients regarding vaccines and answer questions
- Follow infection control and safety guidelines
- Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a fast-paced retail clinic environment

Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical nursing experience
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Comfortable administering intramuscular injections
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous immunization or vaccination experience
- Retail clinic, occupational health, or public health experience
- Experience administering multiple vaccines efficiently
