Sunset Care Homes LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aides to join our caring team in Virginia Beach, VA, specifically for the 7am - 3pm shift. Full and Part Time potential. Alternating weekends required. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents every single day. Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to nursing staff
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and repositioning residents to prevent pressure injuries
• Serve meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all residents
• Document resident care and observations accurately in accordance with facility protocols
• Build supportive, trusting relationships with residents and their families

Requirements:

• Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in the state of Virginia.
• Previous experience in a long-term care, assisted living, or residential care setting a plus
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with nursing staff
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine desire to serve others
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, and assisting with transfers
