What You'll Do

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help residents safely transfer, ambulate, and reposition
• Take and record vital signs
• Answer call lights promptly and provide compassionate care
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families

• Long-term care experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to help the right candidate succeed!
