Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status on an ongoing basis
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
Document patient information, progress notes, and care activities accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
Requirements:
Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
